01/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission is expected to authorise France to grant national aid of over EUR 130 million in favour of the farmers of the South-East whose production (vines, fruit and vegetables and horticulture) was affected by the torrential rains of September 2002.
