Brussels, 01/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission will this Wednesday authorise the creation of Sky Italia, born out of the merger between Stream, audiovisuals subsidiary jointly owned by the Newscorp group (owned by businessman Rupert Murdoch), Telecom Italia, and the pay-TV operator Telepiù.
