12/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The French President of the GUE/NGL group, Francis Wurtz, asked the European Parliament to send a delegation to Ankara on 28 March for the re-opening of the trial of Leyla Zana and three other former Turkish MPs of Kurdish origin. He wrote to President Cox to ask him to put this on the agenda of the Conference of Presidents on 13 March in Strasbourg.
