Brussels, 12/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - On International Women's Day on 8 March, Commissioner Anna Diamantopoulou and many other MEPs and representatives from European and women's organisations stressed the decisive role of women in the balance and dynamism of all modern societies, as well in the construction of peace in the world.
