ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) clothing

The Italian HDP - HOLDING DI PARTECIPAZIONI company has found a buyer for its FILA sports clothing subsidiary, which has suffered heavy losses of an accumulated EUR 479 million and a decrease in turnover of EUR 909 million. The buyer is US investment funds company CERBERUS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, which will pay out USD 676 million.
