ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) airlines

German company LUFTHANSA is going to gain a majority stake in the capital of regional Italian airline AIR DOLOMITI before calling for tender for the rest of its assets. Initially, the company will buy 31% of the capital assets for EUR 40 million, which will increase its stake to 52%.
