Strasbourg, 11/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament is likely to reject the European Central Bank's (ECB) recommendation on adjusting the voting system within the ECB Governing Council with the adoption, on Thursday in Strasbourg, of the report by Ingo Friecrich (CSU).
