Italy has to comply with Court rulings on temporary employment agencies and hauliers

Brussels, 14/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has asked Italy to comply with a judgement of the European Court of Justice concerning on temporary employment agencies and another Court judgement on the activities of hauliers (consignors of goods). On the other hand, the Commission welcomes the fact that Italy has amended its vehicle registration and certification rules for transport consultants, in accordance with the request of the Court.
