14/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The AEGEE (European Students Forum) will be organising a conference on higher education systems in Europe, on 21-25 February in Maribor, Slovenia. The aim of the conference is to check whether candidate countries have begun the necessary reforms in their higher education in order to satisfy the principles of the Bologna Declaration (June 199), which will create a European higher education area.
