Brussels, 06/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - With a view to the Spring Summit on 21 March, President Chirac, Chancellor Schröder and Prime Minister Tony Blair addressed a letter to European Council President Costas Simitis in which they call for the summit to be used to make structural reform and modernisation in Europe progress with a view to strengthening economic competitiveness and guaranteeing employment opportunities for all.
