First articles proposed by Praesidium open way to consolidated Union - Convention Members may submit amendments until 17 February

Brussels, 06/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, President Giscard d'Estaing presented the first articles of the proposed constitutional treaty to the Convention Members.
