GENERAL NEWS / (eu) eu/asylum/eurodac

06/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Justice and Home Affairs, Antonio Vitorino will go to Luxembourg next Monday to present the new Eurodac system for collecting and identifying digital imprints of asylum seekers. Eurdac entered into force on 15 January (see EUROPE 15 January p 15).
