Creation of investment bank between IntesaBCI and Lazard is approved

Brussels, 06/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the creation of a joint venture, to take the form of an investment bank, between the Italian bank IntesaBCI and American Lazard LLC. IntesaBCI provides banking and insurance banking services as well as other financial services. Lazard LLC is, for its part, a global investment service provider.
