Germany's TWD has merged its yarn production for moquettes and carpets unit with FIBRILIA (Italian group MIRO RADICI) in a new entity called EUROPEYARN. With three production sites (two in Germany and one in Italy), the latter will have a production capacity of 20,000 tonnes a year and employ 400 people. Held to the tune of 56% by RADICI and 44% by TWD, EUROPEYARN will lead the sector with a annual pro-forma turnover of 70 million euro.
