Belgium's AGFA-GEVAERT has sold its NDT division (non-destructive test) to the American group GE - GE HONYWELL for 400 million euro. This division employs 1,050 people in the world and had a turnover last year of close to 220 million euro, or 4.5% of all AGFA-GEVAERT sales.
