23/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - In Official Journal C315 of 17 December 2002, the European Commission published the first call for proposals under the specific programme for research, technological development and demonstration for a total of EUR 5 billion. Most of the project proposals have to be submitted by March or April 2003.
