Italian industrial company FINMECCANICA has bought up a 66.6% stake in Italy's military training equipment company AERONAUTICA MACCHI (turnover of EUR 296 million in 2001) for EUR 160 million. It already held 27.4% of the company so the deal will give it a controlling stake.
