09/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the creation of a joint venture between Japanese companies Toray, Murata and Teijin. The new company, TMT Machinery Inc, will be formed of the parties' synthetic fibre textiles machinery. The Commission did not detect any competition problems in Europe or elsewhere in the world.
