Brussels, 29/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday evening in Brussels, after the Agriculture/Fisheries Council, Commissioner Franz Fischler foresaw great difficulties in reaching an agreement in December on reform of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) unless Member States show proof by then of greater flexibility and political will on the main negotiating difficulties, namely the fate to be reserved for public aid and measures for the management and conservation of fishing resources (see...
