29/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - A conference on local partnerships for preventing and combating violence at school will be held on 2-4 December in Strasbourg. Participants will examine the different approaches that have been tried in European cities and provide examples of good practice to build European strategies. This conference is part of the Council of Europe Integrated Project, "Responses to violence in everyday life in a democratic society". Info: www.coe.int/violence
