Brussels, 28/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - Amnesty International is worried about the "external dimension" to asylum and immigration policy. In an open letter to European Ministers of the Interior, the freedom protection organisation expressed its fear that the integration of immigration into relations with third countries, particularly by demanding re-admission agreements for illegal immigrants was "trading human beings for financial aid".
