Brussels, 08/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - In Thursday's adoption of the common resolution of the EPP-ED, PES and ELDR groups on the European Council of Brussels, the European Parliament is effectively welcoming the decisions that should enable the Union to continue and finalise its negotiations with accession candidate countries.
