Brussels, 08/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers for Education and Culture is to meet on 11 and 12 November under the presidency of Ulla Tornaes and Brian Mikkelsen. Viviane Reding will represent the Commission. This is the first time the Council meets in this form, in compliance with the conclusions of the Seville Summit.
