30/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption of the report by Joseph Daul (EPP-ED, France), the Parliament approved a proposal amending the date for the beginning of the transitional period fixed for recognition of producer organisations. The Commission proposed to make a rectification to Article 13 of the basic 1996 regulation for beginning the transitional period of two or five years on 1 January.
