03/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Luxembourg Antenna of the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) is organising a seminar in Luxembourg on 30 September and 1 October on "EU Consumer Lax and the Development of European Civil Law" aimed at judges, lawyers, national and EU civil servants, consumer organisations and academics.
