Consumer FIN-NET guide to out-of-court complaint settlement

Brussels, 03/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has published a new consumer guide in all EU languages to FIN-NET, the cross-border out-of-court financial compliant settlement network. The guide explains how FIN-NET, based on cooperation between national dispute settlement bodies, works.
