Legal & General are authorised to take joint control of IWP Household

Brussels, 03/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the British insurance company Legal & General to take joint control of IWP Household, a subsidiary specialised in the manufacture, marketing and sale of household products and industrial cleaning and hygiene products, from the British group IWP International which hitherto held all the capital.
