Brussels, 03/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of the closing of the second World Summit on Sustainable Development , the hundred Heads of State and Government meeting in Johannesburg agreed, on Tuesday, to make a final effort to overcome the last point of difference preventing adoption of a final "compromise package" on a Plan of Implementation to eradicate world poverty and protect the global environment.
