Brussels, 27/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - The French president of the GUE/NGL Group, Francis Wurtz, has written to European Parliament President Pat Cox requesting that a debate on the flooding that has hit Germany and several countries of Central Europe be included on the agenda of the plenary session to be held from 2 to 5 September in Strasbourg.
