French oilseed processing company CEREOL, under the control of American BUNGE, has announced the acquisition of the 50% that it did not yet hold in the Austrian company specialised in kneading, processing and biofuels OELMUEHLE BRUCK. CEREOL acquires the shares of OESAT, its partner in the joint venture.
