German TUI may acquire Nouvelles Frontières

Brussels, 27/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - The German travel company TUI AG has been authorised to acquire sole control of the French company Nouvelles Frontières (NF), also active in the holiday sector. Until now, TUI has held around 30% of the capital and voting rights of Nouvelles Frontières but is exercising an exclusive option to buy the remaining shares from the founder of the company, Jacques Maillot, (41.92%) and other minority shareholders.
