The insurance firm WINTERTHUR ASSURANCES EUROPE, the Belgian branch of the Swiss group WINTERTHUR, has acquired the 30% of TOURING ASSURANCES (EUR 21.3 million in premiums in 2001) that it did not yet hold. The amount of the operation was not disclosed.
