ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) services

ONDEO, the "Water" providing section of the French services group SUEZ, has acquired the US company, US WATER (turnover of USD 30 million in 2001), controlled by BECHTEL ENTERPRISES HOLDINGS and the British concern UNITED UTILITIES, for EUR 40.94 million the US company will be merged with UNITED WATER, ONDEO's US subsidiary.
