Brussels, 22/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has set up a Transfer Pricing Forum on business taxation composed of ten experts designated by Member States chaired by Bruno Gilbert, a lawyer from CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in Paris. The private sector experts will consider ways of reducing the high compliance costs and eliminating the double taxation that often arises in cross-border inter-group transactions.
