Giscard d'Estaing meets Schroeder and Fischer - Thursday, meeting with Verhofstadt, Michel and Dehaene

Brussels / Berlin, 10/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The chairman of the European Convention, Valery Giscard d'Estaing is in Berlin on 11 June where he is to discuss the state of work of the European Convention with Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, on the latter's invitation. The same day, VGE will have a working lunch with Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer. In the evening, Valery Giscard d'Estaing "will have dinner with his friend, former Chancellor Helmut Schmidt", a press release stipulates.
