EUR 150 loan for Swedish medical industry

Luxembourg, 10/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) announced on 6 June that it is providing a 10-year loan facility of EUR 150 million to the Swedish medical technology and healthcare company Gambro to support its medical technical R&D in dialysis products and services. The loan is consistent with he EIB's Innovation 2000 initiative (i2i) and will also be used to increase the company's dialysis products manufacturing capacity in Lund (Sweden), Hechtingen (Germany)...
