Brussels, 02/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to allocate 528,000 euro in humanitarian aid to El Salvador. These funds, from the Echo budget (the Communities' Humanitarian Office), will finance the training of the least privileged rural communities in simple construction techniques, resistant to earthquakes and using material available on the ground.
