According to UEF, a "federal project" needs proposing to parties

Brussels, 02/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Union of European Federalists (UEF), chaired by Jo Leinen, member of the Socialist Group in the European Parliament, suggests in a press release that the European Union should propose "a peace plan that involves all countries from the Middle East".
