ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobile equipment

FIAT has announced the sale, for 70 million euro, of a majority stake in its automobile components subsidiary MAGNETI MARELLI. At the same time, FIAT has concluded an agreement with INTERBANCA and the holding company RGZ to found CONCORDIA FINANCE SA in which RGZ will have a 45% stake, INTERBANCA 25% and FIAT 30%, and which will market "Marelli" make spare parts for cars.
