ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) motorcycles

The Italian manufacturer of scooters, PIAGGIO is negotiating the partial takeover of the Italian firm MV AGUSTA, in which it already has a 20% stake. The plan under discussion provides for PIAGGIO becoming that company's 100% stakeholder. The "Agusta" makes will nevertheless remain controlled by Claudio Castiglioni, the company's current entrepreneur.
