European Youth Forum urges Council to adopt more ambitious EU youth policy

Brussels, 06/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - After consulting its members on the commission's White Paper on youth policy, "A New Impetus for European Youth" (see EUROPE of 22 November, p.14), the European Youth Forum is calling for a more ambitious EU youth policy and urges the Youth Ministers who will be holding a council meeting in Brussels on 14 February to discuss the proposals in the White Paper, using them to take the following key steps: 1) to develop an effective form of mainstreaming...
