01/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Italian Minister for Community Affairs, Rocco Buttiglione, complained in Brussels on Thursday to Commission Vice-President Neil Kinnock (who recognised the existence of such an imbalance) of the under-representation of Italians in the highest posts in the European Commission.
