01/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - the idea of gathering Israelis, Egyptians, Arab countries, Europeans, Americans and Russians around a table to break the deadlock in the Middle East was raised last Monday on the fringe of the Council by Silvio Berlusconio, Hubert Vedrine and Louis Michel.
