FABRICOM, Belgian TRACTEBEL's indsutral installations and services subsidiary, has announced the sale of its subsidiary ENDEL to the joint investment fund run of ENTREPOSE ECHAFAUDAGES and MILLS. FABRICOM noted that ENTREPOSE ECHAFAUDAGES and MILLS are French scaffolding market leaders, with a combined global turnover of more than EUR 80 million and a workforce of around 600.
