Aid to Telux Spezialglas is authorised

Brussels, 29/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Commission authorised the granting of an aid of EUR 2.045 million to the German company Telux Spezialglas GmbH, established in Weisswasser, in the Land of Saxony. As it was created in a planned economy, it faced numerous difficulties during its privatisation, and a restructuring plan had been implemented.
