Group renews presidents with a Frassoni/Cohn-Bendit tandemm

Brussels, 29/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Greens group and the European Free Alliance (EFA), which has 45 MEPs, renewed its mandate for the remaining term. The two new Co-Presidents are Monica Frassoni (Italian member elected in Belgium) and Daniel Cohn-Bendit (German elected in France). They succeed the Finn Heidi Haulata and the Belgian Paul Lannoye who did not put themselves forward.
