Action over three operations

Brussels, 29/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Commission authorised the following operations:

  • The acquisition of the Dutch firm DVM Stainless BV by the German Mannesmannrohren-Werke AG (Steel);

  • Creation of a joint venture between Usinor, Duferco and Sogepa (Steel);

  • Creation of a joint venture between PPC and Wind (telecommunications.

EUROPE will return to these stories at a later date.
