URBAN programme funding for Antwerp

Brussels, 15/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Barnier travelled to Antwerp (Belgium) on Thursday to announce that an urban rehabilitation programme had been adopted for south Antwerp for 2001-2006. This URBAN programme will receive some EUR 7.1 million in Community funding, along with a further EUR 15.7 million in additional investment from the private sector.
