The German group VILLEROY & BOCH (annual turnover around EUR & billion) has acquired the Italian company ITEMA (annual turnover EUR 22 million), specialised in sanitary equipment. After the operation, the new group formed will be renamed VILLEROY & BOSCH WELLNESS ITALIA.
