The Swedish group SCA - SVENSK CELLULOSA AB has acquired two French packaging firms, ANJOU EMBALLAGES and CIM - CARTONNAGES INDUSTRIELS MEHUNOIS for the sum of EUR 22.9 million. These companies accumulate an annual turnover of EUR 33.1 million and employ 100.
